By booking your stay through our office, you save $25 additional player fee
Teams are required to make their hotel bookings thru the office of the IWFFA. Your hotel booking # is needed for your team registration
Deadline to Book: Dec 31, 2007 (but we encourage players to book as soon as you have decided, as some places may sell out)
· Booking 100 rooms (for several teams), compared with 10 rooms (say for one team), will give us lower rates for all our players. All of these hotels are discounted. You should know that Key West has turned into a "rich man's" paradise and many of our hotels have gone "Condo" which has taken hotel rooms away from us. This year, we have worked hard to find hotels who have space for our group. Many hotels are under construction and out of service until their renovations or "condo-version" is completed, taking them off line and not able to service our teams.
· By using the IWFFA as your “travel agent” to book your hotel, we can “wheel and deal” with the hotels so that we can get the best rates or gratis for our players, volunteers, sponsored teams and officials.
· We are trying to cut our tournament expenses so that we do not have to raise registration fees. Help us help you. Last year alone, our tournament expense for Officials, and their hotel was the same as the amount of registration monies we recieved from all the teams (it is very expensive to run this event!)
· Usually, a one-night deposit is sufficient, or just a credit card to hold reservation. Some facilities require rooms to be paid in full prior to arrival. Please check each description and their cancellation policies before booking.
· Florida State requires a 11.5% sales tax, for every Fl. hotel which are added to these rates in Total price

You will then receive a confirmation number for your booking, and this confirmation number needs to be included on your team roster for complete registration.
Cancellation policies are described for each hotel, time share or guest house and must be made directly with hotel and office IWFFA.

Description: Sleeps 4 per Deluxe room. This is where our Meet & Greet Player/Team Registration is held. Near airport, close to the field and beaches, this beautiful resort has many extra special accommodations. Our rates are discounted from would have cost $341 - $379. We are able to save teams $142 - $180 per night! .

Suites
Sheraton Suites – 2001 South Roosevelt Dr. 5 minutes to the fields and across the street from the beach
Rate: $225 (regularly $289) per night for 5 persons, but can sleep up to 6 persons per villa.
Description: Full amenities, kitchenette , living room - sofa bed, one bedroom, restaurant on property, swimming pool. Credit card is fine to hold reservation and will not be swiped until day of arrival. Cancellation Policy – 72 hours (make sure you receive cancellation #). Penalty for late cancellation – 1 night plus tax.
Sunrise Suites - 3685 Seaside Drive - rates go up after December 31st to $390
Rate: $290 for 6 - (regularly $399) Full Kitchen, 2 Bedrooms, 3 Televisions, 3 Phones, Tennis Courts. Sunrise Key West Condominium Resort Hotel is an island paradise providing you with the luxury and convenience of your own condominium. Spend sun-filled days pampered by our warm and friendly staff. 915 Eisenhower Drive - These condominiums offer your entire team a place that is more than just a home away from home. Rates vary from Skyview room for $119 / $159 to cigar Suites for $269 / $309
Most rooms are for two persons, but suites will accomodate more women. Enjoy the privacy with your partner and friends at one of the two pools, outdoor bar or dining room.
Credit Card payment OK. Cancellation Policy: $15.00 charge outside of 15 days / 14 days and in - 50% of reservation will be charged. Limited space so make your booking soon!
Pier House Resort - 1 Duval St (in the heart of Key West)
For a "step above the rest"
Rate: $319 per night for single or double occupancy. There is a $35 charge for each additional person.
Standard Room: Comfort and communication lend themselves to these rooms where the savvy traveler finds indispensable Internet and cable access combined with the earthly comforts of either a king or two queen beds, complemented by stimulating views of the Old Town or the landscaped grounds. Dataport, In-room movies, Nintendo, Hairdryer, Iron and ironing board, Alarm clock, Complimentary coffee, coffee maker, and tea / Wake-up service are included . One night fee plus tax will be required at time of booking. Cancellation Policy: 7 day notice prior to arrival date. If not, then a one night fee + tax will be charged for late cancellation.
